Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi has yet to make his final decision on whether to start Edin Dzeko or Alexis Sanchez in attack in the Supercoppa Italian against Juventus.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the pair are in contention to start alongside Lautaro Martinez in this evening’s clash at the San Siro.

Dzeko is back to full fitness after having been restricted to an appearance from the bench against Lazio on Sunday, with the Bosnian having tested positive for COVID upon returning to training from his winter holidays.

The 35-year-old could return to the starting eleven against the Bianconeri this evening, but Sanchez is also in contention having started against the Biancocelesti over the weekend already.

The Chilean has been in a good patch of form since December, and Inzaghi is considering whether to hand him the start against Juventus this evening.
