Inter-owned striker Andre Pinamonti’s form on loan with Empoli over the first half of the season could earn him a place back in the Nerazzurri’s squad next season.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Nerazzurri are considering the 22-year-old as one of the possibilities to reinforce their attack during the summer transfer window.

Pinamonti has found good form on loan with newly-promoted Empoli this campaign, scoring seven goals so far and cementing a regular starting place for himself with the Tuscans.

The Nerazzurri are likely to add an attacker to their squad over the summer especially in view of the fact that Edin Dzeko turns 36 before the start of next season, and they are seriously considering Pinamonti.

The young striker had not managed to carve out a place for himself in the team under Antonio Conte last season, but his growth this season at Empoli is causing the Nerazzurri to consider his potential as a first-team player once again.
