Inter are likely to only make a move for Torino defender Bremer if Stefan de Vrij is sold for a high fee in the summer window, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by the print edition of Tuttosport today, Torino president Urbano Cairo is attempting to get the Brazilian defender to sign a new contract with the club that extends his stay by another year.

That way, the club can request a €25-30 million fee for the 24-year-old rather than losing him for free in 2023. Inter are only willing to pay a fee of that magnitude if they offload Dutch defender Stefan de Vrij for a fee around the €50 million mark.

He would represent a major capital gain for Inter because he joined the Nerazzurri from Lazio on a free transfer.

Luiz Felipe from Lazio is a more viable option in the coming summer for Inter.
