Inter are preparing to offer Stefano Sensi on loan to Sassuolo in addition to Lorenzo Pirola and a fee to secure the signature of Neroverdi midfielder Davide Frattesi.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, who report that the Nerazzurri are exploring their options to bring the 22-year-old in, who has become a major midfield target for them.

Frattesi’s form for the Neroverdi so far this campaign has marked him out as one of the players who the Nerazzurri are most interested in to reinforce their midfield in the coming transfer windows.

Sensi could leave on loan in search of more playing time, and should he do so his former club the Neroverdi would be a possibility for the second half of the season.

The 26-year-old’s loan departure would facilitate a move for Frattesi, possibly as early as during the January transfer window, and in this case the Nerazzurri are preparing a cash-plus-player offer involving Pirola for the Sassuolo man.

Pirola is currently on loan in Serie B with Monza, but could be recalled in order to facilitate the deal.
