Sampdoria are still keen on bringing in Inter midfielder Stefano Sensi on loan for the rest of the season, and they are stepping up their pursuit.

This according to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, who reported on air that the Blucerchiati are very serious about signing Sensi on loan and are in continuous contact with the Nerazzurri and his agent.

Sensi has found playing time limited at Inter so far this season, both because of injury and due to the wealth of options ahead of him in midfield.

A loan away in search of playing time over the second half of the campaign is a serious possibility for the January transfer window, and Sampdoria look to be one of the clubs with the most serious interest in his signature.

The decision will be left up to the player, but right now Sampdoria are pressing for his signature and trying to convince the 26-year-old and his agent Beppe Riso.
