Juventus are joining the race to sign Sassuolo midfielder Davide Frattesi, who is a major target for Inter.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the 22-year-old has emerged as a target for the Bianconeri as well.

Inter and Juventus are already in contention to sign Neroverdi striker Gianluca Scamacca, who is valued at around €40 million by his club, but they could also go head-to-head for another player from the Emilian side.

The Nerazzurri have been tracking Frattesi as one of their main options to bolster their midfield options during the summer transfer window, and are ready to move for him.

Sassuolo have put a price tag of €25 million on Frattesi, but the Nerazzurri may have to fight off the competition of the Bianconeri as well, who are ready to step up their interest, and the two clubs could be in contention for both Scamacca and Frattesi.
