Italian journalist Fabrizio Biasin believes that Inter captain Samir Handanovic more than proved his immense value to the team with his display to keep a clean sheet in yesterday evening’s Serie A draw with Atalanta.
Biasin gave his thoughts on the result in a post on his Twitter account, where he also singled out the Slovenian for praise.
For the journalist, it was a valuable point in Inter’s season, and they owe a lot to the efforts of their captain.
His post reads, “Atalanta are very tough in both defense and in attack, it’s a fair result. Some will disagree, but this is a very good point.”
He then writes that “I must add, this is only the latest game which clearly proves that Inter have a great goalkeeper in Samir Handanovic.”
