Inter have a chance to win the “Italian Treble” this season by winning all three of Serie A, the Coppa Italia, and the Supercoppa Italiana.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri are ready to fully concentrate on success in the Coppa now that their campaign in the competition begins.

Inter have already won the Supercoppa, defeating Juventus with a dramatic stoppage time goal from Alexis Sanchez to lift their first piece of silverware for the campaign.

Now, the Nerazzurri begin their Coppa Italia adventures by facing Empoli, and they are already prepared to put their full focus into the competition as they see the opportunity to go for the “Italian treble,” something Juventus managed in the 2015-16 season.

Inter are also top of the Serie A table, and while they are not taking either the Scudetto or the Coppa Italia title for granted, they are not planning to treat any competition as secondary going forward.
