Inter forward Joaquin Correa looks set to start in attack for Inter in this evening’s Copa Italia clash with Empoli.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the 27-year-old will be included in the starting eleven as the Nerazzurri look to kick off their Coppa Italia campaign for the season.

Correa is still looking to find form after returning from an injury that had ruled him out for several weeks prior to the winter break, and he will look to take this evening’s match as an opportunity to make an impact from the first minute.

Meanwhile, Arturo Vidal and Roberto Gagliardini are expected to start in midfield, whilst one of Matias Vecino or Hakan Calhanoglu will start alongside them according to Tuttosport, with Marcelo Brozovic suspended and Nicolo Barella set to be given a rest.

In defense, Tuttosport predicts that Milan Skriniar, Danilo D’Ambrosio, and Federico Dimarco will start together, though the latter could also play at left wing-back.
