Inter may try to take Morten Thorsby from Sampdoria as part of the loan deal for Stefano Sensi in January, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by Tuttomercatoweb, Sampdoria are still pressing ahead in their pursuit of Stefano Sensi on loan from Inter for the rest of the season.

The deal looked set for completion but then the injury to Joaquin Correa against Empoli in the Coppa Italia as well as the midfielder scoring the winning goal in extra time has made Inter and the layer think twice.

There is still a chance that the deal will go through but the Nerazzurri may attempt to sign Morten Thorsby on loan from Sampdoria as part of the deal to maintain their level of midfield depth.

Sampdoria in the meantime are pushing ahead to sign Karol Linetty from Torino to improve the depth in their midfield.
