Inter are still hoping to land a deal for either Filip Kostic or Ramy Bensebaini in the January window but the situation is not easy, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Tuttosport today, the club wants to add additional cover on the left hand side for Ivan Perisic and has narrowed the search to Eintracht Frankfurt’s Filip Kostic and Borussia Monchengladbach’s Ramy Bensebaini.

Both players are out of contract in 2023 so the deals would have to be a loan deal for six months with an agreed fee to be paid in the summer to make the move permanent.

The club are also still holding out hope of bringing Davide Frattesi from Sassuolo to the club this month which would also be a long loan deal with an agreed fee, like the way Juventus signed Manuel Locatelli from the Neroverdi in the previous window.
