Inter are interested in signing Stuttgard left-back Borna Sosa, though they face competition from Chelsea for his signature.

This according to German news outlet Sky.de, who report that the 24-year-old has emerged as a target for the Nerazzurri in their search for a left-sided player, but that he would cost around €30 million.

A left-sided player to back up Ivan Perisic as well as succeed the 32-year-old in the long-term is a priority for the Nerazzurri during the January transfer window, and they could look to his fellow Croat Sosa.

However, Sosa’s current club have slapped a €30 million price tag on him, and have already turned down an offer from Aston Villa for him during the window.

Moreover, Chelsea are also interested in signing Sosa this month, as they see him as a potential option to reinforce their own left side with left-back Ben Chilwell out for some time with an injury.
