Inter Going After Eintracht’s Filip Kostic To Allow Ivan Perisic To Fill Out In Attack, Italian Media Report

Inter could look to sign Eintracht Frankfurt wing-back Filip Kostic this month in order to allow Ivan Perisic to play in attack.
This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Nerazurri could move for the 29-year-old during the January transfer window to free up Perisic to potentially fill in in attack.
Perisic has been a reliable option on the left side of the team this campaign, but the Nerazzurri could move for a player to back him up for the rest of the campaign, with long-term target Kostic the priority target.
The club look to be intensifying their pursuit of the Serb now that Joaquin Correa has picked up an injury which will rule him out for at least a month, so that Perisic can play in attack when needed.
Perisic is valued by his current club at €10 million, and the Nerazzurri are working on a loan with a purchase obligation.
