Lautaro Martinez looks set to start alongside Edin Dzeko in attack for Inter in this evening’s Serie A clash with Venezia at San Siro.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Argentine is favourite to start the clash ahead of Alexis Sanchez.

Inter will be without Joaquin Correa for this evening’s clash with the 27-year-old set to be out for several weeks recovering from a thigh injury, and Dzeko is set to play from the start.

Martinez, who also started against Empoli midweek in the Coppa Italia, is likely to be selected to play with the Bosnian in attack, while Simone Inzaghi will also pick his strongest team in all positions for the last match before the international break.

The Gazzetta’s complete predicted eleven for the clash is as follows:

INTER (3-5-2): Handanovic; Skriniar, De Vrij, Bastoni; Dumfries, Barella, Brozovic, Calhanoglu, Perisic; Dzeko, Lautaro.
