Inter are hoping to get a deal for Felipe Caicedo over the line soon and could loan in the Ecuadorian as early as tomorrow.

This according to Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb, who report that the 33-year-old is ready to make the switch and that the Nerazzurri are working to get the deal wrapped up tonight or tomorrow.

Caicedo is the player who the Nerazzurri have settled on as their preferred attacking reinforcement with Joaquin Correa out injured for at least a few more weeks and only three senior forwards left in the squad.

The Ecuadorian would like to make the move to Inter, and he looks to be surplus to requirements at Genoa.

The Nerazzurri are now in talks with the Griffone, and are trying to get a full agreement on a loan move for the rest of the season, which they hope to get done well before the transfer window closes.
