New Inter signing Robin Gosens has already spoken on the phone with Inter boss Simone Inzaghi and is expected to be fit by the end of February, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, it is just a matter of time until Inter officially announces that they have signed the German defender from Atalanta on a six-month loan.

That loan will become permanent in the summer for a fixed fee of €22 million as well as various bonuses that will take the deal to €27 million in the near future.

Robin Gosens has missed the majority of the current campaign due to a serious injury but he has already been in contact with Simone Inzaghi and assured him that he will be fit by the end of February and ready to be selected.

The German wing back’s contract will run until 2026.
