Inter are not likely to move for AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie on a free transfer this summer, and would only do so if they were to lose Marcelo Brozovic.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, who report that the Nerazzurri would consider making the Ivorian a target if Brozovic is on his way but otherwise will not move for him.

Kessie’s current contract is set to expire at the end of June, and he is yet to agree a new deal with the Rossoneri.

Should the 25-year-old leave Milan at the end of his contract, a number of clubs would be interested in his signature on a free transfer, and the Nerazzurri have already signed one player from their city rivals out of contract in the form of Hakan Calhanoglu.

However, the Nerazzurri are not currently considering Kessie to be a serious target unless Brozovic departs and leaves a hole in their midfield.
