Inter are targeting the likes of Genoa wing-back Andrea Cambiaso and Sampdoria left-back Tommasso Augello as options to reinforce the left side of their team.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who report that the Nerazzurri are targeting the two Italians as possible arrivals in the event that Ivan Perisic leaves at the end of his contract.

Inter have already made one major signing in the left wing-back position in the form of Robin Gosens, completing the signing of the German from Atalanta on Thursday.

However, they may not be done, and if they are unable to agree an extension with Perisic whose current deal expires at the end of June then they will look to sign another player to compete with Gosens in the position.

The Nerazzurri look to be thinking about two players who play for derby rivals Genoa and Sampdoria according to Sky, with both Cambiaso and Augello considerations.
