Inter have set a valuation of €20-25 million on defender Stefan de Vrij for a possible summer sale.

This according to Italian news outlet Calciomercato.com, who report that the Nerazzurri are looking for a large enough transfer fee for the Dutchman to fund the signing of a replacement in the form of Torino’s Bremer.

De Vrij’s current deal with the Nerazzurri is set to run out at the end of June 2023, and the club would consider a sale in the event that they don’t agree an extension with him rather than letting him go into the final year of his deal.

However, they are not prepared to let him go for a cut-price fee, and would consider their asking price to be no less than €20-25 million.

It remains to be seen what the player wants, and whether any offers come in which will meet the Nerazzurri’s asking price for his signature.
