Lautaro Martinez & Alexis Sanchez Return Confident After International Break, Italian Media Report

Both Lautaro Martinez and Alexis Sanchez will be returning to Inter from the international break feeling confident after they played well for their countries. according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by Tuttosport today, the South American duo should be raring to go when they return to Milan ahead of the match against AC Milan on Saturday evening.

Lautaro Martinez further cemented himself as a key player in the Argentina squad over the past week when he scored against Chile and Colombia to help his teams’ bid to reach the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Alexis Sanchez also showed his qualities when he scored twice in Chile’s vital 3-2 win away at Bolivia.

Back in Milan, the two weeks off was key for Felipe Caicedo who could work on his fitness and do some training with the Inter squad after he joined.

Joaquin Correa remains sidelined with an injury.
