Napoli winger Hirving Lozano could be ruled out of the match against Inter later this month after he suffered a shoulder injury whilst playing for Mexico, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by FCInternews, Hirving Lozano was playing for Mexico during the international break when he fell awkwardly during a match against Panama.

He had to be substituted in the 62nd minute and was clearly in a lot of discomforts. Napoli fears that he has dislocated his shoulder and with the match against Inter scheduled for 12 February, it is unlikely he will be able to recover in time.

Further medical exams will have to take place before the full extent of the injury is known but Luciano Spalletti will not be happy to be without one of his most important attackers.

Mexico ended up winning the game 1-0 after a penalty from Raul Jimenez with 10 minutes to go.
