New loan signing Felipe Caicedo is expected to be on the bench for Inter against AC Milan tomorrow despite a late fitness scare, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport today, the Ecuadorian forward was quite tired after the recent days of training sessions in preparation for the game and it was feared he may not be passed fit to be involved in the derby.

That no longer seems to be the case though and he is expected to make his first appearance on the bench. He will be hoping he can come on in the second half and make the difference for Simone Inzaghi.

The two players that Inter will certainly be without are new signing Robin Gosens and Argentine forward Joaquin Correa.

The pair are both going to be having further medical checks next week to assess their conditions.
