The agent of Lazio defender Luiz Felipe has said that the idea of his client moving to Inter on a free transfer is impossible, according to a report in the Italian print media.

As has been reported by Il Messaggero, Stefano Castagna flatly denied recent reports that claimed the Brazilian defender may be leaving Lazio for Inter. He labelled it as: “Impossible.”

It certainly does look likely that Luiz Felipe will be moving on from the Biancoceleste in the summer as he will be out of contract in June and he does not seem close to agreeing on a new one.

He has turned down a contract that was offered to him but Inter may not want to pay him too high of a wage given he would not be a first-choice defender for the club.

Spanish side Real Betis have also been linked with a move for the Brazilian defender.
