Young Penarol striker Agustin Alvarez has emerged as a target for Inter, as well as for AC Milan and Fiorentina.
This according to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, who reports on his site grandhotelcalciomercato.com that the Nerazzurri are closely following the 21-year-old, but face competition from the Rossoneri and La Viola.
Alvarez’s form in the Uruguayan league has caught attention, and he is seen as a player with significant potential to grow.
The young Uruguayan is seen as mainly one for the future, but his displays with Penarol are still being closely tracked by a number of clubs, with the Nerazzurri among the teams most seriously interested.
However, according to Di Marzio, Inter are not the only club in Serie A who are considering a move for Alvarez in the future, with both Fiorentina and Milan also keeping tabs on the young striker for the future.
