Alexis Sanchez looks set to start in attack for Inter in Saturday’s Serie A clash with Napoli.
This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Chilean will start alongside Lautaro Martinez up front in the massive head-to-head clash.
Sanchez was given the chance from the start in yesterday evening’s Coppa Italia win over Roma, and he repaid Simone Inzaghi’s faith by scoring a spectacular long-range effort to seal the victory in the second half.
The coach could look to keep relying on the 33-year-old in attack, with Tuttosport reporting that he is currently thinking of the forward as his main option for the match away to the Partenopei over the weekend.
Meanwhile, Lautaro Martinez was given a run-out in the second half of yesterday evening’s match from the bench, but is set to return to the starting lineup against Napoli, to take his place alongside Sanchez.
