January signing Robin Gosens is aiming to be ready to make his return from injury in Inter’s Serie A clash with Genoa next Friday.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the 27-year-old will not be ready to be available against Sassuolo tomorrow but could be back for the match against Genoa.
Gosens arrived at Inter from Atalanta towards the end of the January transfer window, but he was carrying an injury when he arrived so not able to make his debut right away.
However, the German’s recovery process has been going well, and he has been training partially with the rest of the squad in view of a return in the next week or so.
The Inter new boy should not be ready for tomorrow’s clash with the Neroverdi, but should be ready to make his return from injury not long after.
