Inter are not currently taking any steps towards signing Torino captain Andre Belotti on a free transfer in the summer.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri are keeping tabs on his situation but not currently considering making a move for him.

Belotti’s current deal with the Granata is set to expire at the end of June, and there is not indication that he will extend his contract so he will likely be available on a free transfer this summer.

The Nerazzurri have targeted Belotti in the past including having considered him as an attacking reinforcement in the summer following the sale of Romelu Lukaku, with the player having been headed into the final year of his deal.

However, for the moment the 28-year-old is not a major target for Inter who prefer other attacking targets during the summer transfer window.
