Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi has emphasized the importance of keeping faith that the team is on the right track despite poor recent form in his latest speech to the squad.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the 45-year-old told the squad that they must keep going in the same direction they have been and believe in the work being done when addressing the players in training.

Inter find themselves in the midst of their worst form of the season since the beginning of February, with their wobble becoming a full-on decline in form in Sunday’s painful defeat against Sassuolo in Serie A.

However, the coach does not want the players to panic or become preoccupied as a result of these damaging recent blows, and instead emphasized calmness and confidence.

The coach believes that the Nerazzurri are still working well and that if they simply keep at it they can enjoy an upturn in form, and he wants his players to be on the same page.
