Young midfielder Cesare Casadei has been one of the standout players in the Italian youth league this season, and the key player for Inter’s Primavera team.

This is highlighted in today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the 19-year-old’s future in senior football is now being considered by the Nerazzurri who could loan him out or use him as part of a cash-plus-player deal.

Casadei’s form for the Primavera side has meant that a call-up to the Inter senior team looks to be on the way and he could well make his debut at the senior level soon.

For the summer, the Nerazzurri are considering sending him out on loan in order to gain playing experience at the senior level, as he is not likely to gain regular time on the pitch with his parent club.

However, the young midfielder has also attracted the interest of a number of clubs already, and the Nerazzurri could decide to use him as part of a deal on one of their own transfer targets during the summer already.
