Inter January signing Felipe Caicedo could make his first appearance for the Nerazzurri in Friday’s Serie A clash with Genoa.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the 33-year-old should be fully match-fit and could play against his parent club the Griffone.

Correa was signed on loan until the end of the season, but he has not been able to make any appearances so far as he’s dealt with a nagging muscle problem.

Given that the Ecuadorian was signed to bolster the attack with Joaquin Correa injured, this has been a problem, but he could finally be ready to make his contribution starting on Friday.

Caicedo appears to be fully recovered and ready to make his return to the pitch, and could make his first appearance in an Inter shirt as the team look to put recent poor form behind them in Serie A.
