Genoa will be without four players through injury in Friday’s Serie A clash with Inter, including Nerazzurri-owned defender Zinho Vanhesuden.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the Belgian is one of the Griffone’s absentees for the match, while midfielder Nadiem Amiri is back from illness.

Vanheusden has been on loan at Genoa since the start of the season, after returning to Inter from Standard Liege over the summer, and has featured regularly for the Ligurians.

However, the 21-year-old has a knee injury which will keep him out of the match, while the likes of Mattia Bani, Domenico Criscito, and Atalanta loanee Roberto Piccoli will also miss out through injury for Alexander Blessin’s side.

Meanwhile, Hoffenheim loanee Amiri had missed the Griffone’s last match, away to relegation rivals Venezia, through an illness, but he is fully recovered and will be ready for Friday’s clash with the Nerazzurri.
