Inter are only waiting to officially register the lawyer who has been representing Marcelo Brozovic in talks to officially register with the Italian FA before they can make the midfielder’s contract official.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Nerazzurri will extend the Croat’s deal as soon as they get that bureaucratic formality out of the way, likely on Wednesday or Thursday.

Brozovic is reportedly all set to sign the new contract until the end of June 2026, with complete agreement on the terms of the deal.

However, the 29-year-old has been represented during the talks with the club by a family lawyer who is not officially registered with the FIGC (the Italian FA) as an agent.

Once the player’s lawyer officially registers with the Italian FA then there will be no more hurdles left to clear to get the new deal over the line.
