January Inter signing Robin Gosens is all set to make his debut for the club in Tuesday’s Coppa Italia semi-final first leg clash with AC Milan.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the club are taking no risks with the 27-year-old’s fitness, but that Tuesday’s match will be an opportunity for him to make his return to the pitch.

Gosens arrived at Inter from Atalanta in the last few days of the January transfer window, but he had been carrying a hamstring injury when he signed which had also kept him out of action for several months with La Dea.

However, the German had always been targeting a return from the injury around the end of February, and now he looks very close to being ready to make his comeback.

Gosens is expected to be in the Nerazzurri’s squad for Tuesday’s Coppa Italia match against the Rossoneri, and he could well make his first appearance for his new team in that first leg knockout clash.
