Inter President Steven Zhang will be at the training ground to speak to the team ahead of tomorrow’s massive Coppa Italia derby clash with AC Milan.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the President wants to meet with the team amidst a rough period in form and give his support for the Coppa Italia semi-final first leg.
Inter have been going through their worst form of the season this month, having gone four matches without a win in Serie A and also losing to Liverpool in the Champions League.
However, the Coppa Italia represents a bright spot for the team, with progression to the semi-finals secured against Roma and tomorrow’s semi-final clash an opportunity to announce a return to form against their city rivals.
As usual, CEO Beppe Marotta and Sporting Director Piero Ausilio will be at the training ground to meet with the team, but President Zhang is also set to join them given the importance of the circumstances.
