Inter striker Lautaro Martinez was not up to par in his display against AC Milan in the Coppa Italia yesterday evening according to Italian media.
The 24-year-old received low scores across the board for his misfiring performance in the player ratings for the match in Italian media, as reported by L’Interista.
Martinez has had a couple months to forget, and this continued with his performance against the Rossoneri, where he failed to get on the end of any good chances and barely even got on the ball.
The striker’s movement and energy did not quite look right throughout the match, and the impression given was that he is not confident at all and will need to find something more to get back to scoring.
The Gazzetta dello Sport gave Martinez a score of 4.5/10 for his performance, while all of TuttoMercatoWeb, L’Interista, and the Corriere dello Sport went to 5/10 with their grades.
