Referee Livio Marinelli has been appointed to be in charge of Inter’s Serie A clash with Salernitana at the San Siro on Friday evening.

This is confirmed by the Nerazzurri on their official site, where they also announce the rest of the officiating crew to be in charge of the fixture.

Marinelli will be assisted in his duties by the likes of Alessio Tolfo and Giacomo Paganessi, while the role of the fourth official will be filled by Matteo Marchetti.

Meanwhile, in the VAR booth Daniele Chiffi will oversee the match to ensure that any errors made by the on-pitch officials are corrected, while he will be assisted in his duties by Matteo Passeri.

The Nerazzurri will be hoping that the focus stays on the action on the pitch rather than on the officiating as they go in search of their first Serie A win since beating Venezia in January.
