Inter boss Simone Inzaghi will continue to pick Lautaro Martinez and Nicolo Barella for the match against Salernitana in the hopes that they can regain their form, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport, they are the two players that have the most to offer but are the furthest away from their best form.

Simone Inzaghi needs them both to regain their confidence and start offering more to the team again and he feels that playing them again when Salernitana visit San Siro on Friday night is a chance to do that.

Lautaro Martinez has now not scored for Inter in 624 minutes of football which is his longest barren run since he joined the club from Racing.

Hakan Calhanoglu may be rested for this game with Matias Vecino the likely replacement, as Arturo Vidal will be playing in the match against Liverpool in place of the suspended Nicolo Barella.
