There is no doubt that Inter will be able to sign Gianluca Scamacca from Sassuolo in the summer, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by Tuttosport, the Neroverdi forward has already said yes to Inter and he wants to join the club next season.

He will work in rotation with Edin Dzeko and then eventually be his long-term replacement when the Bosnian retires or moves to a new club.

Sassuolo themselves are reportedly asking for a sizeable transfer fee for the young Italian but despite this, there is huge optimism on both sides that a deal will be done and he will be a Nerazzurri player next season.

Simone Inzaghi would probably love to have him in the squad right now as the team have stopped scoring goals as frequently as they were earlier in the season.
