Nicolo Barella, Lautaro Martinez, and Edin Dzeko were at the heart of Inter’s dominant display to beat Salernitana in Serie A yesterday evening.

The trio received the highest scores for their performances in the player ratings for the match published in today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport.

Barella put in one of his most impactful performances in some time to run rings around Salernitana’s midfield and show his full range of creative passing, assisting the first two goals scored by Martinez.

Th 25-year-old was awarded an 8/10 grade for his display by Tuttosport, whilst Martinez was given the same score for a performance where he made his recent goal drought a distant memory with a well-taken hat-trick to seal the win.

Meanwhile, Dzeko was given just one grade lower than the pair, 7.5/10, as he responded to Martinez’s hat-trick with an excellent brace of his own and got the better of Salernitana’s defenders on the night.
