The situation of Inter-linked forward Paulo Dybala at Juventus should soon be clearer, with decisive contract talks scheduled for Thursday.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the 28-year-old’s agent Jorge Antun is in Italy to hold the talks.

The Bianconeri have yet to formally make their offer to Dybala on an extension of his contract, which is currently set to expire at the end of June.

The club will put forward an offer, though it is reportedly likely to be for around €7 million net per season, less than the €7.3 million net which the player currently earns, and considerably less than the €8 million which had been on the table in the fall.

It remains to be seen if the Argentine will decide to accept an offer of this size, but should he not, then he is free to negotiate with other clubs, with the Nerazzurri among the most interested teams in signing him on a free transfer.
