Torino coach Ivan Juric feels that his team are still in good form and can try to play their brand of football when they meet Inter next weekend.
Speaking to Torino’s social media channel after the team’s 0-0 draw with Bologna, as reported by FCInterNews, the coach emphasized that his team will have to be confident and will try to go toe-to-toe with the Italian champions.
Torino sit in midtable, but this should not lull Inter into any kind of false sense of security as to what they can do when they host the Nerazzurri in Serie A.
The Granata caused the Nerazzurri problems in the reverse fixture in December, while they have also managed to draw with Juventus among other significant results this season.
Juric believes that in spite of the fact that they have not managed to get the results that he feels their performances would merit, his team can still give Inter a very tough match.
“The team did well and hasn’t taken home what we deserved,” he said of their goalless draw with Bologna. “We must keep going like we have been and stay focused, we can play against Inter the right way.”
