Inter are contemplating a move for Paris Saint Germain midfielder Leandro Paredes but they must offload other midfielders first, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport today, Inter are once again looking at Leandro Paredes as an option for the midfield, as they have done in the past.

It is not thought that a move for the Argentine would have any effect on the club’s desire to sign Davide Frattesi from Sassuolo.

In terms of wages, the club would need to offload two midfielders out of Arturo Vidal, Roberto Gagliardini, and Matias Vecino.

Leandro Paredes currently earns €7 million per season at Paris Saint Germain which is a high figure for Inter to reach, but a middle point could be found by spreading the salary out.

Offloading Arturo Vidal and Matias Vecino would free up around €10 million in the Inter wage budget.
