Torino defender Gleison Bremer is much closer to a move to Inter than one to Bayern Munich, according to a report in the German media today.

As has been reported by a journalist from German tabloid Bild, the Brazilian defender is someone that the Bundesliga side looked at and admired in recent weeks and months.

The Bavarians are unlikely to make a move for him though because he is in advanced negotiations with Inter for a transfer in the summer.

Inter have been linked with the 24-year-old defender for much of the season as they see him as the best option to add more quality and depth to their defensive unit.

They are far from being the only team interested though and a bidding war is likely to take place in the summer. Juventus, AC Milan, and Napoli are all interested parties from Italy.

Premier League sides are also watching closely.
