Inter CEO Beppe Marotta’s determination to bring Torino defender Bremer to the Nerazzurri has been further strengthened after watching the Brazilian in action yesterday evening.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Nerazzurri executive was highly impressed with the Brazilian’s display, and he will do whatever it takes to sign him.

Bremer has been reported as a major target for Inter for some time, with the 24-year-old having established himself as perhaps the standout defender in all of Serie A this campaign.

The Brazilian has come out on top against a number of the division’s top strikers over the course of the season, and the Nerazzurri have been eyeing him up as a potential replacement for Stefan de Vrij, though they are not without competition for his signature.

Bremer once again showed all his quality in yesterday’s 1-1 draw between the Granata and Inter, scoring a goal from a corner and keeping the likes of Lautaro Martinez and Edin Dzeko quiet.

Now more than ever, Marotta feels that Bremer is a must-buy player for the Nerazzurri, and he has prioritized the move.
