Inter remain confident that there will not be any sanctions against them resulting from the Financial Fair Play proceedings into them ongoing by UEFA.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri are working to cooperate with the proceedings which are aimed more at adjusting their accounts than sanctioning teams for noncompliance.
The Nerazzurri met with UEFA last week in Nyon, and they have outlined to the governing body the adjustments to their accounts which they intend to make in view of the new FFP rules to start to come into effect in 2024.
The governing body will roll out the new regulations in May, and has been opening proceedings into around thirty European clubs in order to try and establish the right accounting practices to make the implementation of the new regulations feasible.
Inter are completely calm over the proceedings and feel that they are in no way aimed at possible future sanctions.
