Inter will move on to contract extension talks with the likes of Ivan Perisic, Samir Handanovic, and Milan Skriniar once they have made the renewal of Marcelo Brozovic official.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the next round of talks concerning each of the trio will take place during or just after the international break.

Brozovic’s situation has been the priority for the Nerazzurri for some time, but with an announcement on his new deal forthcoming, the club will continue on with other important renewals.

Perisic’s deal runs out at the end of June, but the 33-year-old’s performances this season have strrengthened the feeling that he can continue to contribute to the team from next season onwards.

Meanwhile, captain Handanovic’s contract also expires at the end of June, but the club are aiming to have him stay on for at least another season whilst Andre Onana settles in.

Lastly, Skriniar sees his current deal expire at the end of June 2023, but the club want to get to work securing the Slovak’s future and rewarding him with a new contract.
