Inter are tracking Udinese midfielder Jean-Victor Makengo as a possible transfer target for the summer transfer window.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the young Frenchman’s performances this season have caught the eye of the Nerazzurri, and they are considering him a target to restyle their midfield.

Makengo’s performances this season have shown that he is capable of thriving at the level of Serie A, with the 23-year-old having made sixteen appearances for Udinese this season.

The Friuli-based side could cash in on him as early as this summer, and the Nerazzurri are considering him a possible transfer target as they plan an overhaul of their midfield in view of next season.

So far, Inter have not made any approach to the player’s entourage or club to start negotiations, but according to FCInterNews, Nerazzurri scouts have observed him on a couple of occasions with a view to a possible move.
