April 27 could be the date for Inter’s postponed Serie A clash with Bologna to be played, according to Italian media.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the 27th of next month is a likely possibility for the Nerazzurri to play their game in hand provided it goes ahead.

The Nerazzurri have yet to play the Serie A fixture against the Rossoblu that had been scheduled for January 6, with the match having been called off due to COVID cases within the Rossoblu’s squad and then pushed back as the appeals process has dragged on.

Finding a date in which to fit the match into the teams’ schedules has been difficult, but April 27 looks to be a logical choice, and Tuttosport suggest that this is likely to be when the match takes place.

The Nerazzurri have still had the looming game in hand against Bologna as an asterisk to the standings at the top of the Serie A table.
