Inter Considering Fining Arturo Vidal With Hefty Fine After Flamengo Outburst, Italian Media Report

Inter are considering giving midfielder Arturo Vidal a hefty fine after his recent remarks about wanting to join Flamengo in the near future.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the club are considering fining the 34-year-old a significant amount especially because these are not the first such inappropriate comments that the player has made.
Vidal is all but certain to leave Inter during the summer transfer window, with the club having a clause to terminate his contract by paying a €3 million release clause instead of the €6 million net wages on the final year of his deal.
Nevertheless, the Chilean’s recent comments to TNT Sports, in which he clearly stated that he would like to join Brazilian giants Flamengo, possibly as early as the summer, are seen as too candid by the club.
The Nerazzurri have also felt similarly towards some of Vidal’s other remarks to the media during his time with the club, and they are feeling fed up and considering a hefty fine.
