Argentina have named four players on the books at Inter in their latest international squad for the World Cup qualifiers, according to a report on social media.

As was announced by the Argentinian Football Federation today, Lautaro Martinez and Joaquin Correa will be travelling to South America for the two games against Venezuela and Ecuador.

They will be joined by two Inter youngsters, Valentin Carboni and Franco Carboni. It is a very big moment for the young brothers and their family and shows they have been playing very well in Christian Chivu’s Primavera team.

Argentina have actually already secured their place at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar but they of course must fulfil their final two matches.

Inter will be hoping that there are not any injuries to their players during these games that ultimately do not have any real effect on the team. Lionel Messi and Rodrigo De Paul will also be there.
